The stone pass-through shot blasting machine is a processing technology for surface polishing and rust removal of various marble slabs and roadside stones. It is an environmentally friendly processing method and replaces the old-fashioned flame burning process.
The stone is sent to the closed shot blasting cleaning room by the roller conveying system, and the high-speed rotating impeller of the shot blasting machine is used to accelerate the cutting of the steel wire (projectile) to the surface of the stone, impact the surface of the workpiece, and scrape it to remove the rust on the surface of the stone. Then the high-pressure fan blows away the accumulated pellets and floating dust on the stone surface, so that the stone can achieve the purpose of rust removal and hair removal.
During the shot blasting process, the stone produces a large amount of gravel and dust, which will cause environmental pollution. Therefore, the equipment adopts a settling box + multi-tube cyclone dust collector + filter cartridge dust collector. The fine particles of dust enter the multi-tube cyclone dust removal, the dust larger than 0.02mm is effectively filtered and settled and collected into the dust collecting bucket, the dust smaller than 0.02mm enters the filter cartridge dust collector, and after being filtered by the filter cartridge of the dust collector, it is passed through centrifugal ventilation. The machine is pumped into the chimney and discharged to the high altitude, and the dust concentration after discharge is not higher than 50mg/m3, which is in line with the discharge standard stipulated by the State Environmental Protection Agency.
The stone pass-through shot blasting machine adopts the programmable controller PLC to coordinate the work of the whole machine, and can complete the following technological process: feeding into the roller table → shot blasting cleaning → shot blasting → sending out the roller table.
